Deep Tissue Massage + Assisted Stretch (Youth)
Dallas Lavish Fitness offers Deep Tissue Sports Massage combined with Assisted Stretching as an in-person add-on for athletes enrolled in on-site training programs. This service supports recovery, mobility, and injury prevention.
